As our UX Lead, you won’t just “own the UX”. You’ll actively shape how millions of people experience Prisjakt, every single day. This is where empathy meets sharp thinking, and where your work moves fluidly between sketching flows, reviewing designs, and influencing product direction. If you get a kick out of turning messy insights into elegant solutions (and still care a bit too much about button states), keep reading.

You’ll lead our designers and researchers but this isn’t a step-away-from-the-craft kind of role. You’ll stay hands-on, designing, refining, and jumping into the details when and if it matters. Think of it as equal parts doing, guiding, and pushing things in the right direction. From AI-driven features to everyday price comparisons, you’ll help create experiences that feel thoughtful, useful, and just a little bit delightful. And you’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and Marketing, making UX a natural part of every decision, not an afterthought.

Here’s what you’ll spend your time on:

• Drive and shape the UX direction across products—while actively contributing to the design work yourself

• Support and mentor designers and researchers, giving direction without letting go of the craft

• Design and refine experiences across web, mobile, and AI-powered features

• Strengthen our design system and ways of working so great UX doesn’t happen by accident

• Bring user insights into everyday decisions, from quick iterations to bigger product bets

We think you’ll thrive here if you:

• Have 5+ years in UX or Product Design in fast-paced environments, and some experience stepping into a team lead role

• Have helped grow or shape design teams—and still enjoy getting your hands dirty in the work

• Naturally switch between big-picture thinking and hands-on design without losing momentum in either

• Strong portfolio that highlights strategic thinking, team impact, and high-quality design outcomes

• Standardize and evolve design systems, processes, and research practices

• Care deeply about users, accessibility, and getting the details right (yes, spacing still matters)

• Have a solid understanding of web, mobile, and ideally AI-enhanced experiences

• Turn research and data into design decisions that actually ship

• Explain your thinking in a way that makes both designers and non-designers go “ah, makes sense”

• Fluent in English and Swedish is needed and another Nordic language is a nice bonus.
