Are you a Senior Backend Developer who lives for building systems that run smoothly? If you’re all about clean code and bringing order to complex systems, we think you’ll love working with this team. You need to bring 8-10 years of experience.

We’re on the lookout for new members to join the team behind some of our most business-critical systems. It’s the kind of work where stability and accuracy matter, and where good code really makes a difference.

And here's the fun part: you won't be alone on this adventure, you'll be a part of an agile team. Together, we tackle challenges and create solutions and the team has autonomy in choosing their tools and ways of working.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Building and maintaining backend services in Node.js, TypeScript and GraphQL - with a focus on quality, structure, and performance

• Designing systems that handle data with care, from high volume data recording to internal reporting

• Writing efficient, reliable SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Spanner, BigQuery - whichever fits the problem)

• Collaborating with product, data and engineering teams to support insights, tracking and analysis

• Working in an agile team with a collaborative mindset, where pair programming and shared decisions are part of the everyday

You’ll probably thrive in this role if you:

• Understand the value of well-written SQL and know how to write it

• Think analytically and enjoy digging into data to spot patterns, fix inconsistencies, or just make sense of something odd

• Naturally bring structure and order to the systems you work on, whether it’s code, data models, or documentation

• Enjoy working with others and helping teams get the insights they need

• Bonus points if you’re into BigQuery and analytics-focused data design. It’s a big part of how we learn and make decisions around here

Where you’ll be working:

Choose between our Malmö or Ängelholm studio. We work hybrid, three to five days a week in the studio. That’s where you’ll find spontaneous whiteboard sessions, paired debugging, and the all-important fika breaks.
