Head of Growth that sees business cases where others see “interesting ideas”
Head of Growth at Prisjakt is not about running experiments for the sake of it. It’s about figuring out where the real, long-term growth is hiding – and actually unlocking it. You’ll report directly to our CEO, with a clear mandate to shape Prisjakt’s future growth agenda in close collaboration with our CRO. Not from a distance, but hands-on with numbers, strategy, and decisions that matter.
This is a senior role for someone who enjoys connecting the dots between strategy, M&A, pricing, product and commercial reality. You’ll spend your days turning opportunities into solid business cases, challenging assumptions, and making sure growth initiatives are both ambitious and profitable. If you’ve ever looked at a P&L, a product roadmap or a potential acquisition and thought “there’s serious unrealised value here”, you’ll feel at home. You’re not part of the formal leadership team, but you have a clear strategic mandate and strong impact on Prisjakt’s direction moving forward.
What you’ll spend your time on:
Driving Prisjakt’s long-term growth strategy, ensuring it’s tightly aligned with our business plan, financial targets and long-term ambition and grounded in real market and competitive analysis.
Identifying and evaluating new markets, partnerships, revenue streams and acquisitions, and independently building comprehensive business cases to support investment decisions.
Owning M&A and strategic initiatives end-to-end: from pipeline development and initial screening to valuation (DCF, multiples, sensitivity analysis), synergy quantification, risk assessment, due diligence coordination and integration assumptions together with CEO, CFO and external advisors.
Presenting clear strategic context, financial impact and risk scenarios to the executive team and Board, translating complex analysis into sharp business decisions.
Shaping and owning our pricing strategy and commercial frameworks in close collaboration with Product, Sales and CFO including value-based pricing, differentiated models, and sustainable campaign and discount structures.
Initiating and leading cross-functional growth projects with clear KPIs linked to revenue, profitability and market position, and making sure we follow through and not just sign off.
This is probably you:
You have solid experience in business development, growth, strategy or M&A, and you’re used to owning strategic initiatives with real financial impact.
You’ve successfully led 3–5 M&A processes end-to-end from initial screening and valuation to signing and post-deal integration and you’re comfortable navigating both the analytical depth and the practical complexity.
You’re analytically strong and genuinely at home in financial models. DCFs, multiples, sensitivity analyses and synergy calculations don’t intimidate you. They help you think.
You know how to build decision material that stands up to scrutiny, and you can present complex commercial matters clearly and persuasively to executives and boards.
You thrive in an independent role with significant responsibility, close to the CEO, where trust is high and expectations are clear.
You’re fluent in business English; Swedish is a plus. And yes, you most certainly hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics or another relevant field.

Growth can happen in spreadsheets, yes but also in whiteboard sessions, spontaneous “wait, what if we…” discussions, quick CEO check-ins and honest product debates. Being in the same room still beats being in the same calendar.
