Most people think lawyers slow things down. At Prisjakt, we know the right legal counsel does the opposite — you help us move faster, smarter, and with fewer headaches along the way. That’s why we’re looking for an in-house Legal Counsel to join us in Malmö. Someone who can translate complex law into clear, practical advice and turn “legal risk” into “business opportunity.”

You’ll report to our CFO, but you’ll work closely with pretty much everyone — product, tech, commercial teams, and sometimes even  our engineers who swears their AI idea is 100% legally fine (you’ll know better). You won’t just be the one drafting contracts or updating policies — you’ll be a trusted partner who helps us make the right calls and keep building Prisjakt the way we want: with curiosity, care and honesty.

What you’ll be doing

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements (from SaaS and licensing to procurement and partnerships) — making them fair, clear and future-proof.
  
  
• Keeping our contract templates and workflows sharp and relevant to our product portfolio.
  
  
• Being our go-to person for GDPR, data processing agreements, and keeping privacy policies and terms & conditions in check.
  
  
• Advising on corporate law, governance, and shareholder matters — and stepping in on disputes when needed.
  
  
• Partnering with product and engineering to assess risks tied to AI/ML, IP, and consumer protection.
  
  
• Supporting strategic projects such as M&A, compliance training, and yes — even the occasional HR-related legal twist.
  
  

What we think you’ll bring

• A Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a Swedish university (or equivalent international degree). Membership in the Swedish Bar Association is a bonus.
  
  
• 4–7+ years of legal experience, ideally a mix of law firm and in-house.
  
  
• Solid knowledge in commercial contract law, GDPR/data protection, IP/IT, and corporate law.
  
  
• Bonus points if you’ve wrestled with AI-related legal questions, ESG regulations, or consumer law in e-commerce.
  
  
• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
