We're now looking for a sharp, detail-loving Group Finance Controller to take full ownership of our group consolidation and reporting. This is a key role for someone who thrives on structure, precision, and the satisfaction of seeing the full financial picture come together accurately and on time.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
As Group Finance Controller, you’ll be our go-to expert on group accounting and consolidation. You'll work closely with our CFO and local finance teams to ensure our reporting is solid, from monthly closings to IFRS-compliant quarterly reports and annual statements. You’ll lead our external reporting efforts, support M&A activities, and make sure we're always ready for audit season. This is a hands-on, high-impact role with lots of room to influence how we work with numbers and make sense of them.

We're going through exciting changes, including a new ownership structure, which brings increased expectations around external reporting. You’ll be instrumental in building robust financial processes, implementing a consolidation system, and preparing for sustainability reporting under the CSRD.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Take full ownership of accurate, compliant group consolidation under IFRS, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, executed independently

• Independently build the group consolidation process from scratch in line with IFRS, as no process is currently in place and you will be solely responsible for its setup

• Own and prepare IFRS-based quarterly reports and the group’s annual report

• Ensure high-quality, transparent reporting across the group

• Act as a key partner in acquisition accounting, including PPA and integration

• Implement and manage a group consolidation system that supports our growing needs

• Monitor and prepare for sustainability reporting under the CSRD

• Support local finance teams with complex accounting issues and ensure group-wide consistency

• Work closely with auditors and manage the group-level audit process

• Drive improvements in reporting routines, systems, and financial governance
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in group accounting or a similar role

• Deep knowledge of IFRS and K3 frameworks

• Experience preparing IFRS-compliant quarterly and annual reports

• Proven ability to handle acquisition accounting and PPA

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Experience with group consolidation systems and ERP platforms

• Advanced Excel skills

• Fluency in Swedish and English

• Experience with publicly listed companies

• Knowledge of transfer pricing and CSRD reporting requirements
