Account Manager who builds lasting partnerships and drives growth
At Prisjakt, we believe that strong relationships are the foundation for success. We are looking for a passionate Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of small to medium-sized business (SMB) accounts, helping our customers thrive while contributing to Prisjakt’s continued growth.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
As an Account Manager, you will be the trusted partner and main point of contact for your customers. Your day will be spent understanding their business needs, identifying opportunities to add value through Prisjakt’s services, and helping them succeed in an ever-changing e-commerce landscape. You’ll manage the full customer lifecycle, while collaborating closely with internal teams like Product, Marketing, and Data to ensure our offerings meet customer needs.
You naturally build trust and maintain strong relationships, always ready to listen, advise, and negotiate. Your proactive approach helps you spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities, while your structured mindset ensures smooth account management and accurate reporting.
What You'll Be Doing:
Own and grow a portfolio of SMB accounts, delivering value that fuels both customer success and Prisjakt’s revenue growth
Act as the key contact for day-to-day communication, building trust and long-term partnerships
Understand customer business models, challenges, and goals to tailor solutions effectively
Identify commercial opportunities independently and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges
Provide the customer voice internally to influence product development and service improvements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and performance
What You’ll Bring:
Proven track record managing multiple customer accounts with success
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine relationship-building mindset
Good understanding of digital services and the e-commerce ecosystem
Confident communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Excellent English and Swedish skills
A structured approach to problem-solving and good time management skills
