We’re now looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team, grow our B2B portfolio, and turn insight into action. With 20+ years of market data and a strong brand presence in the Nordics, you’ll have the foundation and freedom to build something exceptional.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
You’ll take ownership of a growing B2B portfolio while leading a high-activity sales team. You’ll be both a strategist and an operator, presenting to major clients, identifying commercial opportunities, coaching team members, and ensuring we deliver value at every step.
You’ll collaborate closely with other global sales managers, using our market insights and data to sharpen sales tactics, develop the team, and contribute to overall business growth.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and coach a high-performing B2B sales team (starting with two direct reports)
Drive new business and portfolio expansion, identifying opportunities across both large and small clients
Use market data and insights to shape strategy and inform client conversations
Represent Prisjakt in meetings with current and prospective clients, delivering compelling presentations and building strong relationships
Collaborate across teams to ensure customer needs are reflected in our offerings and development roadmap
Track performance, set goals, and report on progress using clear and actionable KPIs
What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience leading sales teams in a high-activity B2B environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with data and Excel
Ability to translate insights into clear sales strategies and coaching moments
Fluency in Norwegian and English, written and spoken
