At Prisjakt, we bring clarity to the chaos of e-commerce and now we’re looking for a Finance Coordinator to join us full-time on a 1 year temporary contract in Malmö. If payroll accuracy, clean ledgers and smooth month-ends make you oddly happy, keep reading.

You’ll be part of a great finance team of amazing colleagues. We work hybrid, so you’ll have flexibility to work from home — but you’ll belong to our Malmö studio and the daily rhythm of the team here.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own the payroll process — salaries, reporting and administration — making sure everything is correct and on time

• Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoicing and bookkeeping with structure and care

• Report VAT and employer contributions and keep us compliant without last-minute panic

• Support audits and keep our finance system (Visma.net) in great shape.

• Over time, take responsibility for monthly closings of smaller entities.

Payroll is a key part of this role. You won’t just assist — you’ll truly run it. If you like the mix of regulations, systems and the very human side of making sure everyone gets paid correctly, you’ll enjoy this.

Who you are:

You have a relevant education within Accounting and around 3+ years of experience from a similar finance role. You’ve worked hands-on with payroll and feel confident managing the full process — from salary runs and deviations to reporting taxes and employer contributions.

You’re also comfortable with:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and understanding how transactions affect the balance sheet and P&L

• Reconciling accounts and spotting discrepancies before they become problems

• Supporting month-end work and understanding the logic behind accruals and cut-offs

• Working in digital finance systems, preferably Visma.net and Visma Payroll

• You’re fluent in Swedish and English, since both are part of everyday life here.

As a person, you’re structured and detail-oriented because you know small mistakes can have big consequences in payroll and accounting. You can work independently, prioritise your tasks around deadlines, and communicate clearly when something needs clarification. You’re curious enough to question inefficient processes — and caring enough to improve them properly.
