Account Manager who would rather be out meeting clients than hiding behind a dashboard
As an Account Manager at Prisjakt, you won’t just “manage accounts.” You’ll be out there building real relationships, creating new ones from scratch, and growing them into long-term partnerships. This is a role for someone who gets a kick out of new customer conversations, who isn’t afraid to challenge a media plan, and who understands the agency world because you’ve been part of it. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
You will build and grow a portfolio of clients – but this is not a role where you sit back and wait for briefs. You will spend a significant part of your time out with customers and media agencies, building relationships face-to-face and proactively driving new business.
You’ll work across the full customer lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to developing and expanding existing partnerships. Together with Product, Marketing and Data, you’ll ensure that what we promise is what we deliver – and that we constantly improve based on real customer insights. It is a plus if you have worked in this set up before!
What you’ll actually be doing:
You will actively drive new customer acquisition, prospecting and opening doors – especially within media agencies and their client portfolios.
You will spend a large part of your time out meeting clients, building strong relationships and becoming a trusted (and slightly nerdy) Prisjakt expert.
You will grow and develop your account portfolio by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities that genuinely create value.
You will confidently challenge and discuss media strategies, KPIs and campaign setups – speaking the agency language fluently.
You will bring the customer voice into Prisjakt, influencing product development and improvements based on real conversations.
What you’ll bring:
You likely come from – or have solid experience working closely with the media agency side or similar. You understand how planners think, how budgets are allocated, and what clients actually care about when performance is on the line.
You have a proven track record of driving commercial growth, not just maintaining accounts. You’re structured enough to keep your CRM clean and your forecasts realistic, but bold enough to pick up the phone, book the meeting, and ask for the deal. Rejection doesn’t scare you – it just makes the next win sweeter.
You’re confident in both Swedish and English, comfortable discussing data and performance metrics, and able to turn insights into sharp recommendations.
