Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

As Head of UX, you’ll take the reins of our talented team of designers and researchers, owning the UX vision and leading its execution across every touchpoint. You’ll work closely with our Product, Engineering, AI, and Marketing teams to embed UX thinking into everything we do, from long-term strategy to rapid iteration.

You’re someone who sees the big picture and the small details. A mentor and leader, you create clarity in ambiguity, empower your team to do their best work, and advocate for user-centered design in every conversation, whether it's with your team or the executive board.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own and drive the UX vision and strategy aligned with our product and business goals
  
  

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing UX team of designers and researchers
  
  

• Build a strong design culture rooted in creativity, collaboration, and user empathy
  
  

• Shape seamless experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms (like AI-driven features)
  
  

• Integrate UX into product development workflows, embedding research and testing from the start
  
  

• Set clear goals, KPIs, and development plans for individuals and the team
  
  

• Standardize and evolve design systems, processes, and research practices
  
  

• Represent UX in executive-level discussions, shaping decisions with insights and empathy
  
  

• Foster collaboration across departments, making UX a strategic partner, not just a service
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 5-7+ years of leadership in UX or Product Design in fast-paced environments
  
  

• Proven success managing and scaling design teams across platforms
  
  

• Strong portfolio that highlights strategic thinking, team impact, and high-quality design outcomes
  
  

• Deep understanding of mobile, web, and ideally AI-enhanced experiences
  
  

• Passion for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive thinking
  
  

• Skilled in turning research and data into actionable design insights
  
  

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

• Fluent in English; Swedish or another Nordic language is a plus
