Customer Care Advisor – Drive Exceptional Experiences for our Customers and Users

In this role, you’ll be the voice of Prisjakt to our merchants and users - bringing clarity, care, and calm to every interaction.

What You'll Be Doing
Be the go-to contact for inquiries, helping resolve everything from onboarding questions to day-to-day support needs.
Identify recurring issues and collaborate across teams to improve how we serve and support.
Troubleshoot technical issues, often related to how we import and manage merchant data, and piece together the full picture for the customer - even when the puzzle is complex.
Deliver a consistently helpful, effortless experience in line with our CX strategy - human when it matters, automated where it helps.
Keep things moving behind the scenes - working with our systems to update info, track cases, and onboard new shops smoothly.
Partner with Customer Success, CRM, and Insights teams to share feedback that shapes smarter decisions and better tools.
What You’ll Bring
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken - this is essential for the role.
Experience in a customer-facing support or service role (B2B experience is a plus).
Confidence using digital tools and CRM systems to manage communication and track progress.
A genuine interest in how things work - especially when it comes to technical systems, data flows, and digging into complex issues until they’re solved.
Great communication skills - you can explain things clearly and make people feel heard.
Problem-solving mindset - you don’t just follow scripts, you think ahead.
You know when to investigate thoroughly and when to keep things moving - aiming for that perfect mix of insight and efficiency.
A team player who’s proactive, curious, and always looking to improve the experience.
Bonus Points If You...
Understand how online shops work or have worked with e-commerce merchants.
Can juggle efficiency with empathy - you solve problems quickly but never rush the person.
Enjoy figuring out how systems connect behind the scenes - maybe you’ve debugged data issues before, or just love going down a rabbit hole to find the root cause.
Can communicate in French - not a requirement, but definitely a nice-to-have!
