Meet Johan
Johan is the manager of our fabulous Optimization team. He's also a pretty decent bowler on the local Ängelholm bowling team BK Full House.

Challenges to solve
- Obviously the CX team gets a lot of frustration from users and customers. You need to be able to handle negative feedback and turn it into opportunities instead.
- A great portion of patience and a positive attitude comes in handy.
- Sometimes our systems aren’t really cooperating like we need them to.
