As an Engineering Manager you will work with all things leadership. From building successful and autonomous teams to coaching and working actively with feedback and enabling collaborations with others. With clarity and humility you help your team find the keys to success.

You work continuously with feedback and time for individual one-to-ones is at the top of your priority list. Your humility makes it easy for you to create an open and honest climate and for you it is a must to build a fail-safe environment for the team. With your hands-on engineering experience, you have the ability to empathize with your team’s technical hurdles and provide actionable guidance.
As an Engineering Manager you will join our Tech Department and lead a crew of developers. Our teams are structured according to areas of competence and your main task will be to ensure that your team continues to develop. Together with other leaders and product owners you help identify resource and competence needs within Tech and ensure that the right person is in the right place.
Your position will be a combination of leadership and operational work. Exactly what the operational slice of your service will mean we do not need to decide now. We think it is something we can discover together based on your skills and your strengths. But no matter what your part of the operational slice will be, you will work in product-oriented and cross-functional teams.
Your backpack is essential - but not everything
We believe that you have experience working in tech and have a strong agile background. Ideally, you have worked as a software engineer yourself - designing, building and solving technical puzzles. This firsthand experience enables you to bridge the gap between leadership and the day-to-day development work. You already work today as some kind of leader (with personnel responsibilities).
Must-haves
The ability to get involved and engage your team
Can-do attitude within tech with a strong grasp of development concepts
Experience in agile roles, such as Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Project Lead
Experience of web or system development (as a leader or as an engineer)
When: We would like you to start tomorrow but we understand that you might have obligations today and those need to be handed over first.
Where: You will be located at our beautiful Malmö or Ängelholm studios.
