You’ve been called an HR Business Partner, but secretly you think of yourself as a behavior nerd, a change whisperer, and someone who doesn’t just support transformation—you make it happen. At Prisjakt, we’re calling this role People Growth and Change Partner, because it’s a bit more us.
This is a strategic HR role with a twist: less policy, more progress. You’ll work in our People and Organisation team, partnering with leaders across Prisjakt to guide organizational transformation, support people growth, and build a learning culture that can handle whatever the future of work throws at us (AI included).
We’ve built the foundations — from Growth manifest to workforce planning to Growth plans — now it’s time to move from structure to impact. If you get excited by words like “behavioral change”, “growth mindset”, or “can’t vs. won’t blockers” — keep reading.
Your main quests:
- Be a strategic HR Business Partner to our leaders — identifying challenges, designing interventions and guiding real organizational change.
- Coach and advise managers through everything from performance and engagement to workforce planning and cultural shifts.
- Lead and support change initiatives — whether it’s a new organisation, a new way of working, an AI-enabled role evolution or a company-wide mindset shift.
- Design and roll out growth initiatives that go beyond one-off trainings — think social learning, peer knowledge sharing and growth labs.
- Nurture a learning culture where people feel confident navigating constant change, and where curiosity beats fear of failure.
You bring:
- 10+ years of HR experience, including as an HR Business Partner in complex or fast-moving environments.
- A strong background in organizational change and transformation, not just following playbooks but shaping them.
- Deep people development expertise, with experience designing and delivering initiatives that lead to real behavioural shifts.
- Solid knowledge of Swedish labour law and experience in employee relations and union negotiations.
- Fluency in Swedish and English, with communication skills that bring clarity and calm to complexity.
It’s a bonus if you:
- Have worked in agile organisations or love fast-paced, iterative environments
- Have been part of AI-related transformation of roles or structures
- Have a favourite learning design framework or change model you love to test in real life
