Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll play a critical role in shaping intuitive, accessible, and beautiful experiences across our products. From the first sketch to final polish, you’ll lead design work on high-impact initiatives, partnering closely with engineers and product managers through discovery, iteration, and delivery.

You think big but sweat the details. You use research and data to guide your decisions. You lead with empathy, challenge assumptions, and know that great design doesn’t happen in isolation. You’re also the kind of person who helps others grow, whether it’s mentoring junior designers or championing a user-first mindset within the team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead UX design on key web and mobile projects, from discovery to implementation
  
  

• Translate user needs and business goals into clear, thoughtful design solutions
  
  

• Conduct or support research: usability testing, user interviews, competitor reviews, and more
  
  

• Turn insights into action, using both qualitative and quantitative data
  
  

• Champion accessibility, inclusivity, and design excellence
  
  

• Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across experiences
  
  

• Provide feedback and mentorship to peers and junior designers
  
  

• Foster a collaborative, user-centered culture across product, tech, and business teams
  
  

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of UX design experience with consumer-facing digital products
  
  

• A portfolio that shows strategic thinking, beautiful interaction design, and polished UIs
  
  

• Hands-on experience with user research, prototyping, and usability testing
  
  

• Proficiency in tools like Figma (or similar)
  
  

• Experience working in cross-functional product teams
  
  

Bonus points if you also bring:

• Background in e-commerce or comparison shopping
  
  

• Experience designing for mobile-first or native apps
  
  

• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-informed design decisions
  
  

• Knowledge of accessibility standards (like WCAG)
