People Business Partner that empowers people to Prisjakt (Malmö) Temporary position

Some years ago, we decided to break up with traditional HR.
Why? Well, first of all, we didn’t like calling the most important part of our success story “resources.” Second, it gave us the chance to pick our own cool name — PaO, short for People and Organization.
More importantly, we wanted to truly emphasize that we are building something different: a function that encourages a workplace far from ordinary, where people can thrive and accomplish remarkable things together.
Now we're seeking an experienced People Business Partner to join our team in Malmö. It's a temporary position for a parental leave, from now until the end of February 2026.
As a Business Partner, your mission is to co-create organizational success by translating needs and opportunities for improvement into actions. Working with stuff that moves us in the right direction, helps us grow, and challenges the organization to be the best it can be.
What you'll focus on
When you join, you’ll be jumping straight into some exciting workstreams, such as:
Supporting people and leaders with a focus on change and growth.
Refining our job architecture to set a strong foundation and connection to compensation.
Starting up the Compensation module in our new HRIS, HiBob.
Participate in scaling how we work with high-performing teams, using a structured approach.
Take the next step in making AI integrated part of our WOW that changing and levering our work and changing the organisation.
You’ll contribute hands-on, while collaborating with team members who are leading these focus areas.
What you bring
The most important thing is that you have solid experience as a People Business Partner. If you also have additional knowledge within Compensation and Benefits, that's a huge plus. We see lots of opportunities to further develop how we work with Comp & Ben, and your insights could help shape the next chapter in our People journey.
You’ll also thrive here if you:
Have 7+ years’ experience in the People area, with the ability to plan and execute independently
Experience from a fast-moving business environment
Are confident working with Swedish labour law.
A change agent is driven by curiosity
We believe you are passionate about both people and business. When it comes to personal traits we think you’re someone with great interpersonal skills that truly enjoys building relations and cooperating with others. You have high analytical ability and interest in continuous learning as well as a future-oriented mindset. We also think that you are an innovative problem solver who makes things happen.

As soon as you are free to start, we are ready here. It's a temporary position until end of February 2026. You will be located at our beautiful studios in Malmö
