A couple of years ago we decided to break up with HR. Why? Well, first of all, we didn’t like calling the most important part of our success story “resources”. Second, it gave us the chance to pick our own cool name (we decided to go with PaO which is short for People and Organization). But more importantly, we wanted to really emphasise that we strive to be something else, more than the traditional HR function. We want to empower our people to be their best selves and set the organisation up for success.

This role is divided into two parts; you’ll work company-wide as a Leadership and Team Developer, but also as a Business Partner supporting a part of the organisation.
This will be a challenge (but a fun one)
As a leadership and team developer your mission will be to develop our leaders while building high-functioning, collaborative teams. By improving leadership effectiveness, decision-making and communication you directly impact employee performance and engagement. This will be a real challenge for the right person to develop not only a whole organisation but also yourself. The Leadership and team developer is a new role at Prisjakt so you will take a big part in forming it.
As a Business Partner, your mission is to co-create organisational success by translating needs and opportunities for improvement into actions. Working with stuff that moves us in the right direction, helps us grow, and challenges the organisation to be the best it can be. That’s why you need to bring that magical quality of enabling both managers and employees to be their best, working to ensure autonomy when it comes to their personal development and growth, while also coaching them to self-lead.
Here's what you'll do:
Define leadership at Prisjakt: You'll work closely with our Head of PaO to set the strategy for a leadership that balances both people and business.
Leadership development initiatives: You'll design and facilitate leadership development that give our current and future leaders the skills they need to be transformative leaders, using scientifically-backed models as the base.
Team dynamics and growth: Help teams understand what makes them tick. You'll develop team-development initiatives using well-grounded, scientifically-backed models that boost collaboration and performance.
Coaching and Mentoring: Provide individual coaching to leaders and team members, focusing on personal growth, leadership challenges, and career development
Partner with leaders: Together with our leaders be part of the solution in tricky conversations, conflict resolution and similar
As part of the People team: initiate, drive, and launch projects & initiatives that are essential for continuous employee and team & leadership performance.

You don’t mind context switching between different focus areas, levels of detail, and strategic heights during your workweek. You can deal with uncertainty.
You will need some experience
7+ years of relevant (HR business partner or similar) work experience from a culture-driven and fast-changing organisation.
A strong foundation and proven experience in creating and implementing leadership and team development strategies.
Leadership Competencies - Leads Others and Leads Organization: Key to this role is the ability to lead and develop both leaders, teams and broader organisational initiatives. This requires skills in:
Inspiring and Motivating: Creating a shared sense of purpose and promoting sustainable performance.
Develops and Coaches: Building skills through feedback and guidance, fostering individual and team development.
Change Navigation: Actively guiding leaders and teams through periods of organisational change and helping them develop resilience.
Conflict Management: Resolving team conflicts fairly and diplomatically, ensuring team cohesion.
You have established knowledge within the Swedish labour law
Business Acumen: Demonstrates a strong understanding of the business and its operations and applies this knowledge to People agenda and decision-making.
Strategic Thinking: Takes a long-term, big-picture view when developing the People agenda and anticipates and plans for future changes.
